New products require new forms of production technology. To supply an increasingly diverse range of products to our
valued customers, Silverplas has initiated an increasingly wide range of innovative process system. To increase
automation, we are maximizing the use of robots in certain departments in our production plant. To efficiently deliver
high quality products with short lead-time, we implement various kaizen activities to our team members' work and machine
operation. At the same time, we are aiming to create an ideal production plant in which people and machines work together,
to deliver high quality products, on time to customers around the world.
